A typical work takes about 2 to 6 weeks to complete depending on complexity and availability of the glass.
The pricing of a commission figures in many details from the size of the piece, to the type of glass and complexity of the work. After agreement on the details of the commission are finalized, 50% of the total price will be due up front and the remaining 50% upon completion and delivery.
I want you to be completely happy with your new glass art. If for some reason you are not, the piece may be returned undamaged within 10 days in original packaging. Because custom pieces are created with specific design requests, there will be a 20% non-refundable fee on any returns.
